Fits the business exactly, because it was written for it.

Expensive, slow, integrator-dependent — and every implementation becomes its own legacy.

AI changes the terms. The tailored layer — the part that used to require a project — can increasingly be authored, tested and maintained by software. That is the whole thesis: custom fit with software economics.

Review, exceptions and consequential approvals remain human. We design the interface around those moments instead of around data entry.

A copilot is not this change

Bolting an assistant onto an old product leaves the architecture intact: the workflow still waits for someone to drive it, click by click.

Shared core, tailored edges

State, permissions, policy, verification and audit are shared and deterministic. What differs per business is the workflow written on top.

Take CRM. The usual options are to configure a generic product until it roughly matches how you sell, or to add an assistant on top of it and hope the process improves.

Accordo does neither. A coding agent translates the actual sales process into software the customer owns, while shared deterministic infrastructure handles state, permissions, approvals, audit and trace — the parts that must never be improvised. Alongside these, a few experiments we keep small on purpose. Each one tests a piece we may need later — a pipeline, a detection problem, a reporting model — cheaply enough that being wrong costs a weekend.

The portfolio is not the strategy. It is how we learn what should be reused.

We use the best coding models available, and we assume that capability keeps getting cheaper. Coding agents are suppliers. They are not the thing we are building.

What we keep is the operating method: how a business becomes software, what to automate and what has to stay deterministic, where a human must approve, how we measure whether the system is doing the work, how we find problems after deployment, and how a fix gets verified independently.

Every product adds to that method. The next one starts further ahead.
